PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Harry K. Ratliff is a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in Clayton, where he develops investment strategies for institutions, families, and businesses. He works with clients to develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy focused on the diversification of their assets. Since joining Merrill Lynch in 1982, he has worked to balance risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, investment policy, and cash flow in order to achieve a client's financial goals.

Mr. Ratliff received his undergraduate BSBA degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and has done graduate work at Webster University. Harry is an active volunteer in the St. Louis community, and has served on numerous local, state, and national nonprofit boards, including the Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Grace Hill Settlement House, The Disciples Divinity House of the University of Chicago.

Mr. Ratliff is married to Deborah L. Martin-Ratliff, who is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in Oncology. They have two adult children, Geoffrey and Jennifer.

Judith A. Griffin is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, assisting individuals and not-for-profit organizations with their investment needs. For years she has sought out investments that incorporate social, environmental, governance-related opportunities along with economic success for her clients by directing their assets to companies that reflect their personal values, also known as “socially responsible investing”. Whether it’s one-on-one or in ongoing seminars, Griffin keeps her clients informed and educated about the investment process.

Griffin has been a financial advisor since 2001 and has earned the designation Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®). In addition to her position as a financial advisor, Griffin is a part-time instructor at Washington University. Griffin received her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University.

Griffin’s civic endeavors have focused on women and children. Presently a board member of:

In line with her belief of with whom much is given, much is expected, her dream is to teach at a university when she retires and donate her salary to not-for-profit organizations focused on the arts and improving the lives of children.
